High quality might not be realistic. You may have to settle for what you can get, even if it's all pixely and compressed.

Yes, but such sources tend to be found--and shut down--expediently.

I think I could link you to a website where Trouble in Tokyo can be streamed, but I can't promise much more than that. If you had the right software--easily downloaded/installed stuff--you could always snag some stuff from there, but it all depends on how much you're willing to do for the sake of AMV-making. It could be too much of a hassle.
